How is the price decided?
It is calculated from what you tell us: the item, its age, condition and any faults. You see the figure before committing, and it does not change unless the item turns out to be different from what you described.
Is pickup really free?
Yes, anywhere in Delhi NCR. That includes uninstalling an AC, taking a geyser off the wall, disconnecting a washing machine and carrying items down from upper floors.
Do you buy things that do not work?
Yes. A dead appliance is priced on what can be recovered from it, mostly the compressor, copper and metal. It is worth less than a working one but far more than paying somebody to remove it.
How and when do I get paid?
Cash, in hand, at the moment of collection, before anything leaves your premises.
