FAQs
Is there a minimum quantity?
For a single doorstep pickup we ask for a reasonable load rather than a few kilos, roughly what fills a couple of sacks. Offices and societies clearing more are always welcome.
How is the rate decided?
By weight, at the current market rate for that grade of paper. Rates move with the market, so we confirm the figure before weighing rather than publishing one that goes stale.
Do you take confidential office files?
Yes. Tell us at booking if the paper is sensitive and we'll handle it accordingly, many offices prefer it collected sealed.
Do books fetch more than newspaper?
Usually a little less, in fact. Newspaper is the cleanest grade to recycle; mixed and glossy paper sits below it.
