These terms apply when you use https://cashflip.in and sell a used home appliance to CashFlip. By requesting a quote or accepting a pickup, you agree to these terms.
Our service
CashFlip buys used home appliances for cash and offers free doorstep pickup across Delhi NCR. We are not a repair, installation or warranty service.
Quotes are estimates
The price shown on our website is an instant estimate based on the details you provide. It is not a final, binding offer. The final price is confirmed by our team after physically inspecting the appliance at pickup. If the appliance differs from the details given (for example, more wear, missing parts, or faults not mentioned), the final price may be revised, and you are free to decline.
No obligation
Requesting a quote places you under no obligation to sell. Likewise, you may decline our revised price at pickup at no cost. We may also decline to purchase any item at our discretion.
Your responsibilities as a seller
By selling an appliance to us, you confirm that:
- You are the lawful owner of the appliance and have the right to sell it.
- The appliance is not stolen, leased, or subject to any loan, lien or dispute.
- The information you provide about the appliance is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You have removed any personal data and belongings from the appliance before pickup.
Pickup and payment
Pickup is scheduled at a mutually convenient time within our service area. Payment is made in cash at the time of pickup once the appliance is inspected and the final price is agreed. Ownership of the appliance passes to CashFlip on payment.
Cancellation
You may cancel a scheduled pickup any time before the appliance is collected by contacting us using the details below.
Photos you upload
If you upload photos of your appliance, you grant us permission to use them to assess and process your sale. Please do not upload images that contain other people or sensitive personal information.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CashFlip is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Delhi.
