How much can I get for an old water purifier?
It comes down to four things, in this order: what type it is, how old it is, whether it still works properly, and what condition the body is in. Those are the questions the form asks, and the figure it returns is the one we pay.
A newer unit in working order is worth several times a dead one of the same size. Even a unit that has stopped working entirely is worth having, because the compressor, the copper and the sheet metal are all recoverable, which is why we pay for it rather than charging to take it away.
Is it better to sell an old water purifier or scrap it?

Yes, membranes and filters are routine consumables and a spent one is expected on a used unit. It barely affects the price if the pump and motor are fine.

Do you uninstall it from the wall?
